Cancellation policy

Monthly subscriptions

When you choose a monthly subscription, your selected products are ordered automatically every month. Your payment method is charged for each recurring order until you cancel. Your product quantity, recurring price, and delivery frequency are shown at checkout.

Eligible monthly kilo subscriptions save $10 per kilo on each recurring order and include free USPS Ground Advantage shipping. Any applicable taxes and optional shipping charges are shown at checkout.

Manage or cancel

You can cancel your subscription through your customer account. Sign in using the email address you used for your subscription and open the subscription management section. If you need help, contact support@kratomstash.com or call 844-844-7773 with your order number.

Cancel at least 7 days before your next scheduled charge to stop the next renewal. Cancellation requests received fewer than 7 days before the next scheduled charge take effect after that renewal. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been charged. Contact us promptly about an order that has already been created so we can check its status.

One-time purchases

One-time purchases do not renew automatically. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once an order has shipped.
