Satisfaction guaranteed

We want you to be satisfied with your Kratom Stash purchase. If you have a complaint or are unhappy with a product, contact our team and we will provide store credit for the amount you paid for the product, less our actual cost of shipping your order.

How store credit is calculated

Our satisfaction guarantee is provided as store credit. Shipping costs are excluded. We calculate our actual shipping cost when you contact us and explain the shipping deduction and your store credit amount before issuing the credit.
