Use the shared collection to look for the matching report. A familiar strain name alone isn’t enough: the product and batch number should match.

Can’t find your report?
You don’t need to guess which one is yours. Email our team with the details from your label. If the batch number is hard to read, attach a clear photo of the label.

Make sense of the numbers.
A Certificate of Analysis (COA) describes the sample and tests covered by that report. Check the laboratory name, test date, product and lot details, and the results and limits for each test. A report for one batch doesn’t describe every batch or guarantee safety.
