How to Report a Kratom or 7-OH Adverse Reaction

SAFETY & INFORMED CHOICES · Reviewed October 15, 2026

When a reaction happens, get help first. The order number and paperwork can wait.

Start with the person

If someone is unresponsive, call 911 immediately. For a suspected poisoning in the United States, call Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222. Stop using the suspected product and follow professional advice. Don’t wait for a retailer to answer an email.

Keep the package

Once immediate care is underway, save the label, batch number, ingredients, and purchase details. Note when it was taken, the amount if known, symptoms, and any other medicines or substances involved. Don’t guess if you don’t know a detail.

Tell the FDA about a suspected problem

Follow the current FDA reporting instructions linked below. FDA’s 7-OH consumer notice points to MedWatch; its supplement reporting page describes another reporting route. You can report a suspected reaction without first proving what caused it. Explain what happened as clearly as you can.

Contact the seller separately

After urgent care is addressed, tell the responsible business which product and batch were involved. For Kratom Stash, use support@kratomstash.com or 844-844-7773. Reporting to us doesn’t replace medical care or an FDA report. Keep a copy of your messages and any response.
